These one on one training session are tailored to the clients skill level. Great for the beginner to advanced, we go over the basic fundamentals of Punching, Kicking and Footwork. While hitting pads you will learn actual fighting techniques while getting a cardio packed and full body conditioning workout. Get in shape and learn how to fight!
